David D. Flemmer, CPA, CFE, CVA
Mr. Flemmer is a principal in the firm and has been valuing businesses for over 20 years. Mr. Flemmer is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. He specializes in business valuations for estate and gift tax purposes, mergers and acquisitions, dissident shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, and employee stock ownership. Mr. Flemmer has extensive knowledge in mining and extraction, franchise operations, and computer forensics. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Flemmer is also the Vice President of the Golden State Chapter of Certified Fraud Examiners in Sacramento.
Mr. Flemmer is a consulting member of the National Center for Employee Ownership and has served as a Corporate Acquisition Project Manager, where he has presented acquisition proposals and recommendations to Senior Executives and Board of Directors of Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Flemmer is also an attendee of the Sacramento Practitioners’ Liaison Group with the IRS. He has been involved with negotiations regarding the structure of buy/sell agreements and has assisted with the sale of a large regional manufacturing business to a publicly traded company.
